Interviewed several epoxy floor vendors here in Atlanta for our recent 3 car project and selected Alan Mishkoff with Atlanta's Granite Garage Floors. His guys were professional and really got the floor prepped well and accept the epoxy, flake and clear. The project looks great and I would recommend them if you are in the market.

I plan on using Alan to do my 2 separate garages next week. We have a 2 car attached upstairs as well as a basement garage. Scheduled to have Alan and his crew come out next Tuesday/Wednesday to do the upstairs garage. Then once it cures, I will move my classic cars to the top level and have them come back out to do the basement. I have not heard a single bad thing about Alan and got a few references, all with glowing reviews! I'm pretty excited to get my floors done!

What floor color did you go with? Post photos of your gargage!

Edit - I just realized this was from 2014. Didn't pay attention to the year only the date but even still, if the OP sees this, post up a photo!

Could you post pictures and cost?

I'll post up a few photos when they finish. The cost varies, depending on the coating you use but is in the $4.50-$5.00/sq.ft. range.

This is what I am starting with, although this was still in the construction phase. I'll get better "before" photos.

I guess I am hijacking this thread, but it is all related to the OPs recommendation so will add to that.

I haven't really had time to get very good photos of the install - this move feels like it has nearly killed me - but here are a few showing the nearly finished product.

It is completely done now with a polyaspartic top coat, and I am very happy with the result! Can't wait to do my basement garage now!

Very little patch work was needed, the floor is in really good shape!

Once the poly top coat was added (after this photo) it added a bit of gloss/sheen to the floor, which I don't mind at all. Just haven't had a chance to take a final photo as it really looks basically the same as below.

Definitely highly recommend these guys! Assuming the coating lasts as Alan says it will, I am a very happy customer!

Basement floor is now finished as well!

As before, another great job by these guys! Very happy with the final product and hoping it can stand the abuse my car hobby will put it through!

I wasn't around for the entire process this time, but did manage to get a few photos throughout the job.

A little over 650 sq ft of floor to do.
