Granulated Rubber Floor

I keep seeing Ads for Granulated rubber flooring and how it can go over cracked concrete etc. It's spread over the floor with some kind of binder.

Not sure what it costs as it is hard to find good information on it. The benefit seems to be ability to not have to completely refinish the concrete and repair cracks before application. My garage floor is from 1936 and it is in overall good shape aside from the cracking and some staining.

Does anyone have any experience with it or perspective?

I don't know anything about it but,
I think one major downside is that it may be difficult to roll things around

Yes. They advertise it as a garage flooring and pool decking, sidewalk etc. that can be put over existing concrete. It appears that it is sealed and non porous through the use of some kind of 2 part binder.

I am not clear if it can support a jack or jack stands or how easy it is to clean.

That's the next question to understand.

I'd be concerned about durability with regard to hot tires and turning while stationary.
