Grapette door push

I know it's not a tool so please remove if necessary. I've got a good friend, older guy, who wants to find a grapette door push like was on doors at old grocery and gas stations back in the day. Can't afford a lot but willing to pay. I know it's a long shot but I figured I'd try to help my buddy out. He's a great guy.
