When I first noticed, I got excited - but much like Canadian Tire's Wera and Knipex offerings, everything is full price and then some. Doubtful we'll see any sales either.

They don't seem to be in-store. If this is online-only I suspect it's just another sales channel for Gray, more product listings for Canadian Tire. Maybe with shipping fees baked-in?

I realize Home Depot does this too. But does anyone actually buy tools this way?

I think Home Depot does this too, or did.

Old timers will tell you that gray tools were in Canadian tire once upon a time.

More and more of Grays tools manufacturering going off shore anyways, so this guy can’t justify the prices that they charge.

I guess I'm an old timer. I actually bought them a couple of years ago for the novelty. I have a SAE set and boy they are crude and ugly. They have a small Canadian flag on them.

If/when I buy Gray tools I go direct.

Some supply houses carry them. At the very least, they could order them and do a return if you don't like them.

I recall them in Cdn Tire years ago. The last time I bought was from online, I get emails all the time from Gray announcing what is on sale.
