Is there anyway to purchase Gray Tools outside of Canada?

I found a set of heavy-duty long-reach pliers that look intriguing: Gray Tools 81303.

It looks like Mac might rebrand them as P11HD-S, P11HD-B, and P11LRDCA. And Snap-on has the BDG311CP.

I called Gray and asked them on your behalf. I was told the have a very restrictive list of items that they can send to the US, and pliers cannot be sent directly. That being said if you want them i can order them and send them down.

What mfrs make Gray Tools besides Gray of Canada? Gray's pics are not set up for zooming in, but looking around on their website, some has Canada, some USA, some Germany, some none indicated. Their website verbage makes it seem they're all Canadian, but as we know from some "USA" tools that may not necessarily be entirely true. GJ67stang's link may show USA long dykes. Would seem that if some were mfr'd here, they could be sold here. Curious...
