Grease ball on angle die grinder stuck

I was gonna grease my angle die grinder head today but the little ball to inject grease into was stuck and i couldnt push it open. I tried to push it open with a pick but it wouldnt move. This is a new grinder and havent really used it. I tried to take the head apart but couldnt get the locking ring unscrewed to get grease in there. Anyway i can fix this? Its a vaper grinder from princess auto if that helps.

pretty sure the lock ring is LH thread , if that helps

Try returning it, if it's new and under warranty maybe it's defective. Or try to get access to the ball from the inside and see if it needs to be deburred.

Ok ill try it again except the other way haha. Ill see if i can get into it.
