Garage door is 1 year old but sounds dry when opening and closing.

What grease is recommended? White grease? Or plain old wd40?

Thanks

WD40 would prob attract to much dust and dirt into the tracks regular white/lithium grease should suffice if thats all you have.

I think they make a lubricant specifically for that purpose.

Most I've seen is white lithium. The WD40 is a gum based lube and will attract any dust in the air. The lithium does pick up dust but not as much, and it does come in an aresol can with a straw or in tubes, and tubs.
