Looking for a mini grease gun for occasional use. I don't know much about the tool so can't figure out where to start. Any recommendation or starting point suggestion will be appreciated.

I am searching for a budget product.

Unless you’re fond of messy clean up and cussing a lot, don’t cheap out on a grease gun. Ask my why I know that.

I'm surprised no one has really made a viable disposable grease gun sorta like this. Or better just the can with a separate non-disposable head/trigger/hose. You know, no lading and priming and oozing everywhere.

When you find one, be sure to keep your full grease guns with the fully charged batteries and clean 5 gallon buckets.

I've had good luck with Lincoln grease guns. I have the lever and pistol grip models, I prefer the pistol grip.

We had a lot of them around our mill. None of the new ones are worth a sh**. that includes Lincolns . The old Lincolns were prized.

I do a lot of bike maintenance, so I went with the Park tools mini grease gun. It can be packed with bulk grease or it can screw right on to their tubes of grease. Screwing a tube right on to the cap keeps everything neat and tidy. It works great.
