I promise, I've searched but can't find a good answer. What type of grease do you use in older drills, saws, etc.? I have several that I'm working on at the moment. Thanks.

Grease today is much, much better than anything that was available in the old days. The PRESENCE of grease is much more important than the type of grease. That said, I use Milwaukee Type E grease in my Milwaukee drills, hammer drill and rotary hammer, but for an ordinary drill, any good extreme-pressure grease will be fine.

We use high speed grease for electric motors at work.
Cannot see why it would not work well for older power tools either?
