Whats up with all these cool old drill press, pretty good prices, and none around here?
I just missed a pretty nice floor moder 150 for $80.00
There is a nice bench model powermatic , but he wants $350.00.
Looks nice though.

Hey Model A!

Thanks for the "heads-up" on that drill press! I've been looking for that model for quite awhile and I just got back from picking that one up... It took two days to get a response from the seller and he said in that time he had three local people flake out on the deal... Go figure.

Anyway, it's in good, "clean it up and use it" condition at a fair price... Exactly what I was looking for.

So again... Thanks!

I would have brought it too.
I had to settle for a Brand new condition 13" harbor freight that needs work on the motor or another motor for $50.00.
was about a hour drive each way.
said he used it about 10 times, and the motor crapped out, and he tried to get another motor (only) off HF, and could not, so he just got a different one, a 15" jet.
the 13" HF DP is said to be a decent little drill press though.
Its 12 speed too, 12 0r 16, I forget off hand.
12 I think though.

Hey Zeet, no problem. I like looking at these kinds of tools, so I cruise Craigslist all over just to see what kind of neat and rare stuff pops up. I am glad you were able to get it and that so many people flaked out. Adds another the GJ stable
