I recently ordered a part for my Walker Floor Jack from Lazzar's jack service at
HCRnow.com The part was quickly shipped,but was lost without tracking updates by the USPS. I emailed their customer service explaining what happened and with in 30 minutes had a return email saying another would be shipped the next day and if the original one showed up (which it eventually did), to send it back to them...... Great to deal with a company that still believes in customer service.
