Vises must have the worst resale value of any too relative to original purchase price. I doubt that guy will never get $800 for that vise no matter how good it is.

I don't know...truck brand toolbox resale values don't hold up too well compared to their retail prices....:shocking:

I've seen those go for $300 used. You can get the smaller ones for cheaper, $75 or so. 6"ers are hard to find used. I know a guy who is connected in the local machinists community that has been looking for a used 8" Wilton, those are made of unobtainium.
