Why would anyone have a garage door without having an outside seal?
I would guess that most posters on here already have an outside seal and are looking for better coverage.
Yeah, I don't get that.
If the door is in the right spot (track position) and the hinges are tight, the only thing to go wrong is for the outside seals to be messed up. Replace or install them and there should be 100% coverage on the 3 sides of the door they cover. Garage doors are very nearly air-tight in the scheme of things with this setup.
