As far as I know they were an optional comfort grip for the 36 tooth ratchets. I have a set in orange and the plastic in them is harder than a normal comfort grip and IMO better. My truck guy has one just like the one above in his truck. Been tempted to buy it for a while.

Yea this ratchet was actually the 1st comfort grip that I ever purchased, just trying to fade out some of my green handle stuff that I dont need anymore since buying some new inventory. Yes- the 1/2" drive is an assortment of standard and metric, although mostly standard.
