Greenerd press, anyone know about them?

Looking to buy an old cast Greenerd C press. Its an H-60-AB. The person selling claims a 60 ton rating but everything I find in hard print says 15 ton. He and I both see others for sale that say 60 ton but they are auction sites that simply may not REALLY know either.

Also I assume a press of that age would be cast iron? or by chance cast steel?

Quick and dirty ram cross sectional area x pump pressure should allow you to decide between 15 and 60 tons.

Probably don't even have to any math...If it's smaller than a refrigerator, it's probably 15 tons. The only Greenerds that were in the 50-75 ton range I could find info on, were about the size of a VW bug...

Ive asked for sizes of the cylinder. Pressure gauge on the side is a 2000# gauge, can one assume they make 1500PSI or would it make the full 2000#? Also how thick would the casting around the cylinder be? If its 8" OD would it have 1" thick walls or 1/4"?
