Hi All,

Long time lurker and I finally got around to making a profile. Recently closed on a new home with a detached 3 car garage, looking forward to finally building out a decent shop! Currently squeezed inside a 2 car garage, I have a 53 3100 5 window that has been collecting dust for awhile now.

May I suggest you update your location to something better than Detached building on side of home to Central Texas as in future you may find that helps you when you have specific questions that affect you. Specially given the forum has a very global membership. Often you will find subjects may get different answers depending on locations and regulations.

Is it just me or is the garage twice the size of the house??

Location updated, thanks for the input! The garage is roughly the same size as the house, would have preferred it to be larger but have to keep the wife happy!
