Greetings to all from east Tennessee.

Weekend warrior here, mostly the usual home maintenance or wrenching on my diesel truck. I have a background of working in the field, but all my tools have since been retired to the garage at home for strictly personal use for the past 4 years.

Looking to hang out, pick up tips and share them as well.

Greetings from another East TN FNG. Tri-cities area. Just moved here from New Hampshire in October & getting settled in. Old retired gearhead getting ideas,, tips, etc to build my dream garage after giving up a 3 bay carriage house in NH I worked out of for the past 30 years. Half my stuff is still there until that place sells since I have nothing here but a 2 car carport at the moment. My head sees a 50s style retro gas station as my new workshop but my wallet says LMAO until the old homestead sells. Good to be here. I've been told this is a great area for old retired carguy/biker types.

Awesome, I would love to see that. give me a shout if I can be of assistance. (My background is in electricity of all forms) and I like to work on just about anything that requires I go purchase a new tool....

I been through there many times, go to Woodbury TN for a diesel event at least twice a year. (Usually go through Smithville, but I have worked in McMinnville at the old Carrier plant. Oversaw a security installation there and at the Federal Mogul in Smithville after that)
