Hi,

I'm Mike. Long time listener, first time caller... I've been lurking around here for years, decided to register. So, HI!

I seem to share very similar interests to most members, cars/bikes, tools, ect. I'm very hands on, been working, slowly, on optimizing my 12'x26' garage for a couple of years. The big problem is too much stuff, & too little space. We have a Jetta, a S-10 Blazer, an S-10 truck, and 2 motorcycles... none of which live in the garage. Soon, I keep telling myself!

Anyway, this forum gives me motivation, so, I'm gonna kick it in the a$$ this summer. Wish me luck!

Welcome. Glad to see someone closer than 100 miles away on here. Heck, I just went to the HD and Lowes up at Hempfield Plaza a few days ago, probably saw you on the way!

Make sure you post all of your work, with lots of pictures. Especially garage work

Welcome to GJ. You mentioned an S10 blazer and truck. What ya doin with them. thinking of a V8 conversion? I've got parts for it. I have an 87 extcab truck that I did back in 92. I was rebuilding it, but I'm thinking of abandoning the project for something different. Have lots of parts

The truck is a 2003 x-cab, stepside ZQ8. 6cyl 5speed, cat back Magnaflow, dropped another 2" & 3", PCMforless tune, all the free mods, cooler t-stat, ect. Runs strong, summer only. The Blazer is my 172k mile beater/drum hauler. It's a 2000, 2 door 4x4, runs well, all stock.

No big plans, maybe a lsX 6spd swa[ for the truck, after I get outta school. It's nothing special, but it's mine, and I've become attatched to it.

This I can understand. I've had my S-10 since Nov 1989. It has been a difficult decision to think about getting out of this project. good luck with yours.
