Hi, I just happened upon this group when I Googled for old Sears Compressor info. Well I did not get any results yet, but I am glad that I found the group. I am also on vatious machinist and live steam groups.
Retired, I have been busy building a live steam loco. I have a nice metal working shop in my garage and hope to complete my locmotive project in a couple of years.
I am a member of the Central Pasco & Gulf Railroad.
We are building a brand new RR in a Pasco Wilderness Park and hope to be running on our new track by year end.

Hi All,
I found a used green Sears compressor about 30 years old. No motor. It uses one of those motors with a pivot shaft. The tank says it is a 106-152781, however, I believe that someone welded another base to the tank.
I used to own one similar, but I can't remember what the motor and pulley specs are.I need to know RPM and pulley size. Appreciate any help you may have.

The park is crews lake park. It is on Shady Hills Rd.
The entrance is just south of where the expressway crosses Shady Hills.
