Hello All!
I am in the process of looking for a contractor to construct a new storage garage on my property. I have a 30x40x10 that I built 17 years ago at the same time we constructed our home. Kids cars, Big lawn mower, snowmobiles, UTV, etc have eaten up much of that space. Current shop is heated, hot water, work bench, tools, etc. I am planning on making it the garage where I can maintain and clean trucks, mower, etc.
New building will be 32x48x10. I will insulate and finish, but not heat or cool the whole area. I am planning on taking the back corner, 20x20 and turn that into my Office and Man Cave for winter time. My vision is that this new building will house everything but my truck and a couple of the "good snowmobiles"
