Thanks for the comments I’ve already read. Very helpful to read others asking similar questions to mine.

I own a double wide mobile home among five other owners. We are responsible for maintaining our street. Some of my neighbors paved the bottom of our street, however the entrance for approx 225 ft is gravel. My neighbors don’t have the excess funds to keep the gravel street up so I’ve been repairing washed out places as they appear. I think chip and tar might be the solution and yet I just read about used asphalt. I have two fellows working for me and am willing to do the work. Any suggestion. Also, cans I use seal coating as the tar to imbed gravel in and do I need to imbed gravel if using used asphalt. ? Thanks

Welcome aboard. I'm in Loudon County so we are neighbors. I read and read and read on here almost daily but I don't post much, well at least until I finally get to build a shop.
