I'm new here. I am an English teacher and I work on BMW motorcycles in my spare time. Here's my shop:

These signs I removed from the buildings myself. After making a deal with the owners of course!

I love this old drill press. It is a Craftsman 150 from the late 1950s. Works very well.

I was researching an old Snap On flexible extension, and found this forum. I look forward to spending time swapping ideas here.

Any motorcyclists here, I am TheRoss on these other forums: BMWMOA, IBA, CG

Sweet!

What brand bike lift is that? I need one!

That is a homemade lift!

If I was going to buy a commercially available lift, I would get a Handy. They are not cheap, but are very stable and will last a lifetime. Harbor Freight sells a cheap lift that does okay. My R1100RT (620 LBS) is okay on them, but I do not feel so comfortable with my K1200RS (670 LBS) on a HF lift. I would not use a Harbor Freight lift to work on a Goldwing or a full dresser.

Howdy, neighbor ( in Texas, generally under 200 miles away can still be "neighbor"). Nice shop - those look like the older "ice cube tray" lights in the old post office here. Very cool.

Howdy from Canyon, Texas! I am a bike Guy too. Your shop is awesome, I wish I could keep Mine that clean. Since You drink that BMW Kool Aide :) come over to www.motorcyclistcafe.com and say hello to the boys. It was started as a BMW site, and since I ride H:thumbup:arleys, they like to beat up on Me, LOL. I am Donson over there. And, Welcome!
