Howdy folks.

Been a long time lurker and lust after a lot of the nice pictures of builds and build outs y'all have accumulated here. Looking forward to sharing a little and learning a lot.

I have a wealth of "barn" garage space. In fact, on the way back from touring the place for the first time way back when, my sig other asked "what color was the house?" Well I flunked that one. (Its white). But I knew the dimensions and floor layout on all three barns

Many years later it's still not terribly well organized or utilized. Just retired. Time to get after it!

Here's a shot of my 102 yr old 32' x 48' hip roof barn. Planning to build a woodshop in the west (lhs) end after fixing the foundation (serious list to port right now) this summer.

Any advice from folks that have tried to use a post and beam structure for a "new shop"?

You can get cherry and apple from mid/late summer onward. The peach pies don't show up until late August.
