Well here's another newbie for your forum. Getting ready to start building a 30x40 three car garage. It wil have 12'ceilings for a lift in one bay. Three 8x8 doors. Will be concrete block and stucco. A 12/6 pitch gable roof to match the house. I had the trusses designed to allow for 560 sq/ft of useable storage area. My wife insisted on a small bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. So that will eat up a little space 
I should be filing the permits in a few days. Will do it as an owner builder. But have already lined up most of my sub contractors and building materials. My hope is to have it in a usable state by the 
holidays so I can work on my restomod project.
