I have been watching and reading for a couple of months, but finally broke down to introduce myself and say hello. Just off of I-40 about a half hour east of Albuquerque. Travel a lot with my work, so not a lot of garage time, but it's a lifesaver...My wife and I made an offer on this place about 12 years ago while living in Prescott, Arizona...we got back to Arizona on Monday and found out they had accepted our offer, after the excitment calmed, we were trying to recall what the kitchen looked like, and if it had any applances included (turns out it did not), but we knew all about the detached 800 sq.ft shop, finished, insulated, natural gas heat, 100 Amp service with 220VAC and built in cabinets and counters...guess you gotta have priorities! ....we still laugh about it!
