Hello all: We're building a 30 X 40 X 14 steel frame building here in Parker CO. As of today, we have the concrete in, the steel frame up and about one and a half walls done. It will be used as RV storage and will also have a 15 X 20 framed in workshop for myself. I wish I had found this site sooner but I've already gotten some great ideas. I'll post more pictures of the project as soon as I figure out how. Regards

Welcome to the board! Home is OK but I am in Lone Tree, CO today on business. That looks like it's going to make a great workshop.

Thanks Yojinbo. We moved to Parker in May of this year from the Indianapolis area and love the area and the weather.

Scenery is great here aqr81. Weather is a well kept secret too. It can be almost balmy in the winter here, snow for sure but it melts quickly.

Welcome on-board

Welcome to GJ. I've got an RV barn myself with plan to slowly finish it off. Currently has a gravel floor so I've got time to plan out my RV, tractor, cars, and work shop spaces.

Question: Do you plan to have full or partial RV hookup in your garage? If not any thoughts about a dump capability?

I've subscribed to your thread and look forward to your updates.

Hi R1chy: So far, no real plans for a dump station but I think I have space outside and the soil type here would support a small finger system. Not sure about zoning restrictions though. We will have a 30Amp plug so that we can run the A/C and refrigerator while loading up for trips. I'm happy just to be able to keep the coach out of the sun and hail (hail can be a real problem around here). As of today I'm still waiting for the two garage doors and it's looking like snow by the end of the week so it's a real "nail biter". Regards,
