Thanks guys, looking forward to getting my feet wet (or jumping in headfirst)! Some of the delay with joining was intentional as I built my shop as I am easily convinced to add extra features and build bigger...check out the build page I am slowly putting together:

MP: just so you know you don't have to be building a garage to join or participate, but many guys think so. i'll take a look at your build when i get some time later and just wanted to see if you might have any pictures to post over here on your intro thread?

MP: nicely done. thanks for the pictures. one thing you might do if you haven't already is to design what you are going to put inside because these garages and shops fill up fast. also plenty of electrical and maybe put a 220 plug on both sides and also internet and cable if you have them.
