Will do. Due to a basement flood there is only one project going on .... My basement. As such the garage I fought so hard to have as a shop is now storage. Currently I'm scheming and planning what to do once I get my shop back

Welcome!.....I can sympathize with you on that flooding, we were part of that last year. You can still see a few storage boxes in driveways today, so it does take a long time to get it back in order.
