Hi all.
I have been reading this forum for about a year and have nothing but the biggest thank you's for all of you. I have learned many things that have helped me so far in my long journey to completing my garage.
I have taken over a family piece of property (1.7 ac) in NJ with a pole barn (approx. 1,500 sq ft) that my father built in the late 80's. During Hurricane Irene we were unfortunate to be in the path of a creek that blew a bank which resulted in about 2.5 ft of water running through the building and property. This caused all sorts of damage to the building and washed out most of the driveway. It hit at a rough finance/availability time and the property sat for a couple of years.
I have began rebuilding and will continue to be reading and possibly contributing where I think that I can help. Thanks again!
