Hello, I figured I should post an introduction since I have been lurking for quite some time and am finally getting around to buying a place with a shop like I want.
I am currently living in Toronto, ontario, with a small house with a largish one car garage - kind of a rarity in my area. However the garage has no heat or electricity so its only really used for storage. I also rent a 22x40 shop with a friend of mine, but its almost an hour away from my house which makes working on smaller projects problematic timewise.
But now, I finally bought a place with a large shop and will be doing some renovating and moving it. Its in a small town north of whitby, ontario. Now all I have to do is sell my house to fund the reno and I will have the shop of my dreams
