Hello team. I've been utilizing this site for about a month so far, and have recognized the value available through the wealth of information here. Hopefully I will be in a position to contribute to the cause.
I am in the pre-construction phase of my project, breaking ground late spring or early next summer. The size and specifications of my proposed building include a 30'x48'x10' Strat-O-Span, SOG construction, 2 ea. 10'x10' doors, etc. I'm currently researching the lighting requirements for my building.
The land acquisition is in progress now, as I've tasked my wife with selling / buying a house while I'm deployed overseas for another year. I'm looking forward to this project because it will be the new office and work shop for the residential GC I own, Collective Construction Services, Inc.
Thanks so far to the authors of some great information already gleaned from this website, and I look forward to contributing my experiences as well.
