Hi, I've been lurking for some time getting ideas and I'm finally getting started on a 36x30 build for my 73 Bronco project after living almost 10 years in my house without a usable garage. I've found lots of great information and ideas on here and look forward to learning much more.

Baklan: sounds like a nice size garage. pole building or what style and attached or detached garage?

It will be a detached stick build, 10' walls, one 16x8 and one 8x8 door. Pretty simple really, would have liked to include attic trusses for a small room above but the budget just wouldn't allow. Currently getting bids for concrete, going to do the rest with the help of a neighbor friend with a lot more know-how than I have.

Baklan: sounds like you have a plan and definitely a use for the garage so best of luck. just saying there are always delays, problems and things to think about during the process so try to keep a good attitude and look ahead as if it's done if you can.
