We are building a new home and soon a new detached garage beside it.
Looking to build a 40X60 and currently determining construction type. I originally put $2000 down on a red iron steel building but the rapid increase in steel prices have increased the price of the building so that deposit has been surpassed by cost increases prompting me to reconsider my decision. Right now I am considering a pole barn garage due to construction costs but more importantly reduced slab construction costs.
Feedback and suggestions are appreciated.
