Hi everyone, been reading on this forum for over a year, hadn't posted until now. I've had an attached two car garage in the past, and typically own > 2 cars, so finally got an opportunity with a new house to do a 3 car attached garage. Nice configuration with driveway/parking pad to have space for enough cars and some shop space. Also have the good fortune to have a large crawlspace and garden shed space, so I can finally get dirty things out of my (relatively) clean garage.
First project, 2-3 weeks, epoxy flooring. Leaning towards Epoxy-coat, gray with medium fine gray blend flakes.
