I've just relocated from the Phoenix area to SE Az. Have every thing on our property, elevation for 3-4 seasons, a pole barn for storage, our own well and 20 acres to keep the neighbors at arms length. But no garage. Had a small converted horse barn in Phoenix, now I get to build my garage of my dreams, at least as far as the budget will allow.

Thank you all.
Right now I'm looking at a 30'x40'x10' steel building for the garage. Insulated and with swamp cooling for the summer. I have the wife's 54 Willys wagon I'm renovating for her, with a Cummins 4BT & automatic as my long term project.
And 3 other trucks, all Cummins Diesel that will see some time in the garage.

And the wife wants her own office, about 300 Sq. Ft. so I have to share the budget to.

I have a lot of research to do here before i go out for bids.
