I recently bought an Atlas FM9SL scissor lift from GSE and went to pick it up myself from their California warehouse. Problem is their forklift driver dropped one of the platforms from a height of about 2.5' rendering it damaged and useless. They shipped a replacement platform from Florida that arrived damaged due to their incompetence (they didn't strap it to the pallet and it slit off the pallet on the truck).
The California warehouse manager accepted full responsibility for that fiasco but after 1.5 months only now has finally made a low-ball compensation offer that he's unwilling to increase. Mind you, I had extra costs to get the replacement platform home and have to fix the mostly cosmetic issues myself but had to spend a lot of my time on resolving this issue.
Would appreciate it if some one has information or contacts on how to reach the upper management of GSE.
