Grind Concrete resurfacer ?

I cleaned out and grinded my garage with a concrete prep tool.

After grinding, I ended up using a Kit of Rustoleum Concrete Resurfacer in an area that was pretty banged up. Looks much better, pretty decent product.

Question is do I regrind the resurfaced area ? It is an epoxy based and the surface is fairly rough.

Not using rustoleum type stuff for the epoxy coating, going with one the vendors here.

Yes, give it a quick grind and vacuum.

It really is rougher than the parts grinded next to it..
Isn't that what the primers/epoxies like a rough surface
