Here's the info I have, Cuttler hammer reversing switch Millerfalls Tools motor , single phase 3.7 amp not sure think 1/3 hp but some nicks in tag. This is a very large motor for 1/3hp very smooth and good power. I have had it apr 30yrs with no problems it came originally from Minneapolis Moline foundry.

Search Miller Falls as two words instead of one as the seller wrote. There are some grinders discussed at Vintage Machinery. Surprised it's 1/3 HP but if the stand is included and not a poorly executed homemade one I think the price is good.

You will be limited in buff size (to smaller, narrow buffs) due to lack of power and higher speed of the unit.
