I have an exhaust manifold that I need to hone out and clean up a little bit. It is cast iron and some of the welds needs to be cleaned up on the inside of the some of the ports.

What type/brand of grinding stones should I use? What holds up longer than generic dremel stuff?

I need to gasket match the ports and clean up a factory weld that is impeding some flow.

Second on the carbide burr. The abrasive dust is very irritating when inhaled.

Thank you!

I will look in to them. I don't do this work often but don't want to just throw money out the window.
