I have put a garage door in where one did not exist before.
Where I cut the wall out, the floor under it is flat. I need to put an angle on it to shed water as it is on the weather side.
What's the best way to add a nice slope to a 16' section of concrete?

Would a garage door threshold be an easier way to go?

I am guessing you are talking about the threshold/jamb area.
You can try to grind it away with a scarifier and then smooth it up with an epoxy patch when complete.

You could also use a threshold seal or use the epoxy patch to make a speed bump/dam in front of the door.

7" Grinder with a double row diamond grinding wheel. Bevel the edge to the desired depth, strike a chalk line across the back edge and grind from the bevel back to the line.

1/4" bevel across the front sloped back 6-8" shouldn't take more than a few hours to grind.
