Grinnell vise

I picked up this old Grinnell vise . I installed a sump pump for someone and they gave me this vise and 25.00. I have searched the forum and have found out a little about it's history. It's in pretty good shape. It was in a basement so not much rust to speak of. I'm planning on refurbishing it. I'm try to find out what color it was originally. Also maybe how old it may be.

I don't think so, its almost a toy, or maybe for making models. It has seen use however, the threads are about 1/2 worn out... Clock makers vice? I've just recently bought a few clock makers tools for my wife (who makes jewellery) and in amongst the stuff I didn't buy was several very small...

What is the model number and the jaw width. Looks like 220-2 on the Dynamic casting. Awesome vise that’s for sure.
