Newbie here to the forum but long time garage lover. Last year Griot's built a warehouse in my district. Unfortunately I missed the tour when they opened. Last month they had a "Garage Sale". After working all day helping a friend I stopped by about five minutes after they "closed". I was astonished to still find three of there cabinets available. They started the day with five cabinets. I ended up buying a DW with three roll out shelves, and two SW cabinets for almost 70% off. Granted they where returns with a few scratchs and dents but for the savings WOW!!!!. Installed you are hard pressed to even find the problems with them. I must say after many years of dreaming looking at the catalogs I am very impressed with the cabinets. Needless to say next year I will be there when the doors open looking for some more cabinets. I couldn't praise Griot's or List any more, they are both top notch companies.

Anyway, get some picts up - I'd like to see what you got. 70% off is definitely a good deal.

I worked in a shop that had them at every machine tool and the work benches too.

Very good equipment.

For people here on the east coast, I also run sales of Lista demo units from time to time....I've sold 10 units (including 3 sections of MW storage wall) so far this year and still have a few more I'll be letting go in a few weeks. Here's a preview

http://www.ultimategarage.com/listademo-2006.html

There's also a Middle Atlantic equipment rack available......

These are not scratch and dent items. All items are for local pickup only in Northern NJ. SteveD

Steves site is one of my regular day dreaming sites to visit. I just found this site a few days ago. Anyway I will try to get some pics up. I forgot to mention when we went to pick them up they were gettting rid of some stuff they couldnt sell. We got 9 Durham slide out racks for there drawers and 12 gallons of tan epoxy paint for FREE!!!!!! Sad thing is I cant use the paint now since my floor is sealed and I dont really want to grind it. I am thinking of the VCT tiles now.

Great story. What a great deal you got! I've also wanted to get the Griot cabinets, but can't justify it. Ultgar's deal looks similarly sweet.....but can't get them to Colorado at a reasonable price. I'll have to keep looking.

I sent you a PM.

Ok heres the scoop, yes I will sell the paint very cheap. But I would only feel right if someone came here to pick it up. The reason they were getting rid of it was some of the containers were damaged and some had paint on them from busted containers. I dont think they would ship without some of them busting.
