Grip brand file set lime green! Mac/proto copy???

I found this set today, grip brand lime green file set in a tray. Price is $25.

Now why am I talking about these? The handles awfully closely resemble Mac proto hard handles. The weight of the files feels identical!

Possibly worth getting people?!?!!
