I'm debating between two tool boxes and I'm looking for feedback of grip latch handles vs detents over the long haul. I like the 56" Masterforce with the grip latches and the Homak H2pro 56" with Serena. Is one style really better than the other?

I like the grip latch because you lift the handle a little and the drawer pulls open easily.
All the detent boxes seem to be a little hard to open but the auto shut feature is nice!
I guess it a matter of what You want.
I like that masterforce wide drawer.

I have all three type of boxes.
I am so used to each one that I don't even skip a beat when I go to open a drawer.

Buy what you think will do the best for you and you will get used to it quickly

This. Agreed. I would take the latches over the friction closures, as they always seem to throw everything around the drawer every time you push them closed.

I like the Masterforce, personally.
