Gray Tools doesn't deal direct all there US distributors don't even have websites to order from and Amazon only seems to carry the nickel plated ones. I want the newer Orange Epoxy coated ones.

You can get them at your local NAPA distribution center - not a NAPA franchise store - but the distribution center ...

I live about 3 hours north of Los Angeles in a small crappy town in the middle of the mojave desert. The closest industrial type store is about 80 miles. I did live in the Las Vegas the past 6 years.

For anyone who has bought the GripOn brand (rather than the Napa or SO/Blue Point brands), how easy were they to get warrantied, if you've needed to?

I have the light grey set from SO, an additional LP7 Slim from SO, and just bought the hose clamp plier from GripOn via Amazon.

Merkava, you're dissin' this guy for living in the desert? You're from Clovis, man, you can't say anything...

:)

I know man ...

This town was nothing but desert before they developed anything. The soil is so full of sand that when you pour water on it, the water just rolls right off it. Frickin' waterproof dirt. :wtf:
