They look an awful lot like Snap-Ons, except they've got a Chrome body (Snap-On locking pliers are grey, with chrome jaws). My answer: very likely.

Grip-On pliers are generally available in both a powder coat finish and a chrome plated finish. You might want to call and see if the pliers were made in Spain though. Some Britool items that used to be sourced from Europe are being sourced from Asia now. The rivets also look a bit off. The Grip-On plier pictures I've seen usually show some of the rivets with an indented center rather than a domed center like the Britool ones pctured.
