Griplatch problem

Hi guys,

We just moved from Texas to Atlanta and had movers move all our things including my loaded griplatch craftman tool chest.
Now the griplatch mechanism doesnt work. The drawers close but only a few catch and stay locked. Even when I lock the drawers with the key, they can still be opened? The box is only 2 years old. Any ideas?
My box is the Craftsman 40" Wide 14-Drawer Ball-Bearing GRIPLATCH®

check that all the latches are aligned with whatever they latch onto. maybe remove the drawers and check the locking mechanism. most craftsman boxes are super simple when u tear them apart.
