Grit (Shark Bite) in Top Coat

I put on my second coat of clear coat, and placed shark bite grit in it for traction. When I was all done, it turns out I have enough material to do another clear coat.

Do I need to put sharkbite in the next layer, or will there be grip from the layer below? I am using a two part eurethane, and it is going on at about 1.5-2 MIL (after its dried) each layer.

The additional clear coat layer will decrease the traction of the existing grit, so you want to add some more grit to the fresh clear coat if you want to maintain the same texture.
