How good is the customer service and products?

Few things I am interested in: Floor Drill Press, 6" Bench Vise, 8" Bench Grinder, Tube Notchers, Maybe some clamps etc..

People have been very happy with grizzly stuff. It takes some tinkering to get it working perfectly, more than a JET, but not nearly as much as harbor freigth. For a bench vise, I would be leary until ive encountered somebody who has one. You cant go wrong with a Wilton or Columbian. The higherend models are still made here in USA too. I would say dont buy it all at once. Save the money up and buy each item one at a time, and buy a good one. Its kind of like my tool collection. When I first started buying tools, I could have gotten a huge assortment of cheapo asian tools all at once. Instead, ive bought things one at a time, buying the best I can afford (or justify).
