The Grizzly tent sale is in 2 weeks and I am wondering if any of you people have ever gone to it. I want to purchase a drum sander and a dust collector. Its about a 6 hr drive for me plus will cost about $ 100.00 in gas. I will save money on the shipping plus I don't mind a road trip now and then. I am looking at a drum sander that is $ 550.00+79.00 shipping and a dust collector that is $ 325.00+79.00 shipping. I am wondering what kind of savings I can expect to see and also if it will be a zoo mentality just to get in. Thanks for your input, Ed

I wouldn't worry about it being crazy to get in. I have been to the Pennsylvania store twice and both times it was a ghost town. It's not everyday that folks are looking to buy 10,000 dollar table saws. There online business must be strong because there was not much being bought at the store when I was there. I have heard the same thing from others that have been there, like they were the only ones in the store.

The tent sale gets a little crowded. You have to be there when it opens to get the good deals. I have always enjoyed visiting the store even when it is not the tent sale.
